This festive Mexican-inspired bar is located on the Lido deck in the middle of all the action. This signature menu features a variety of margaritas, both frozen and on the rocks, as well as beer and other tequila offerings. We tried multiple different drinks at the Alchemy Bar and each one was amazing. I would tell them that I wanted something fruity or made with tequila and they would whip up a delicious cocktail that I loved. Their quick wit and impressive bartending skills made us migrate to the Alchemy Bar every chance we could. The cool thing about the Alchemy Bar is it is not just custom cocktails. They will whip up a custom mocktail or flavored water if that is your preference.
As I mentioned before, this isn’t a place where you grab a drink and go, especially since the handcrafted nature of the cocktails means it can take a few minutes for each to be prepared. You’ll find that guests here tend to wind up talking with one another, comparing notes on the various cocktails and enjoying the show that is unfolding behind the bar. Don’t be surprised if you wind up having so much fun you miss your dinner reservation.
